Katie's Single-Serving "Baked" Apples

Ready for another delicious treat featuring xylitol? Here's a quick and simple recipe the whole family is sure to enjoy! 


1 unpeeled apple, chopped
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp Xylitol, separated
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream


- In a small bowl or ramekin, combine chopped apples, cinnamon and 1 tsp Xylitol. Toss to coat.
- Microwave 2 minutes, or until apples are fork-tender
- In a separate bowl, add remaining 1 tsp Xylitol and whipping cream. Whip with a blender until stiff peaks form. Add a generous spoonful of whipped cream to the top of the baked apples.
